Acceptable Use Policy

Clear rules about what you can and cannot host on Qazi.Host infrastructure — and exactly what we will always act on, regardless of who complains.

Last Updated:June 3, 2026

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of Qazi.Host servers, network infrastructure, and services. By activating any Qazi.Host service, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund.

Qazi.Host operates servers in the Netherlands and Romania under EU law. We review abuse complaints on merit rather than auto-complying with informal requests. This policy defines what we will always act on, regardless of who files a complaint.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is never permitted on Qazi.Host infrastructure, under any circumstances:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content that sexually exploits minors is immediately removed, reported to national authorities (IWF, NCMEC, and local law enforcement), and results in permanent account termination.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — "Revenge porn" or any intimate imagery distributed without the clear consent of all depicted persons.
  • Terrorism and violent extremism — Content that promotes, recruits for, or facilitates acts of terrorism, genocide, or mass violence.
  • Human trafficking — Content facilitating the buying, selling, or exploitation of persons.
  • Malware and attack tools — Viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, botnets, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems.
  • Phishing and fraud — Pages impersonating legitimate organisations to steal credentials, payment data, or personal information.
  • Financial fraud — Carding operations, credit card fraud, Ponzi schemes, or other financial scams.
  • Spam infrastructure — Bulk unsolicited email (spam), snowshoe spam, and open email relay configurations used for spam distribution.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited regardless of content type:

  • DDoS attacks and network abuse — Launching distributed denial-of-service attacks, SYN floods, amplification attacks, or any form of deliberate network disruption against any target.
  • Port scanning and intrusion attempts — Unauthorised scanning of networks, exploitation of vulnerabilities in third-party systems, or brute-force attacks.
  • Cryptocurrency mining without authorisation — Using server resources for cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval from Qazi.Host.
  • IP spoofing — Forging packet headers or impersonating IP addresses you do not own.
  • Resource abuse — Activities that consume excessive shared resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, inodes) in violation of your plan's Fair Usage Policy, degrading service for other customers.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging — Sending bulk unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging platform messages; using our servers as a mail relay for third parties.

What We Protect You From

Within the bounds of this AUP, Qazi.Host protects customers from:

  • Unverified DMCA takedown notices — We review every copyright complaint for validity. We do not act on automated or unsubstantiated claims.
  • Abusive competitor complaints — We investigate the origin and validity of all abuse reports before taking action.
  • Political and governmental pressure — We do not comply with extrajudicial requests from governments outside our jurisdiction.
  • Informal legal threats — Letters from lawyers do not constitute court orders. We act only on valid judicial orders from courts with jurisdiction over our infrastructure.

This protection is unconditional for content that falls within this AUP. It does not extend to content that violates this policy.

Adult Content

Legal adult content produced with consenting adults in compliance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction is permitted, subject to the following conditions:

  • All depicted persons must be adults (18+) and have provided documented consent
  • The content must comply with applicable law in both the country of production and the hosting jurisdiction
  • No content depicting minors in any sexual context, regardless of claimed age or fictional framing
  • You must maintain age verification and consent documentation as required by applicable law

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at Qazi.Host's discretion:

  • Written warning and request to remove or modify violating content
  • Temporary suspension of services pending investigation
  • Permanent termination of account without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law (e.g. CSAM, terrorist content)
  • Disclosure of account information where required by a valid court order

For serious violations (CSAM, active malware distribution, ongoing DDoS attacks), we will act immediately without prior notice. For borderline cases, we will investigate and notify the account holder before taking action.

Reporting Abuse

To report a genuine abuse of our network — not an informal copyright complaint — contact our abuse team via our contact page. Please include:

  • The specific URL or IP address involved
  • A description of the violation and the harm it is causing
  • Evidence supporting your report (screenshots, logs, timestamps)
  • Your contact details for follow-up

We review all genuine abuse reports promptly. We do not guarantee action on reports that do not provide verifiable evidence.

Changes to This Policy

Qazi.Host reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
